- Health or social care information where applicable
Why we collection and hold this information
We are unable to limit the reasoning for our personal data collection, in this unprecedented circumstance. Therefore, each collection of personal data will identify the lawful bases being utilised specifically. However, for completeness we use this personal data in order to enable us to carry out specific functions for which we are responsible and support the community in a range of ways.
The lawful basis on which we hold this information
We will identify the lawful bases being used for each data collection. We collect and process information under GDPR Article 6 (1) (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) Article 9 (a) (b) (c) (g) (h) (i) (j)
Storing this information
We will hold this information about you securely, and for no longer than reasonably necessary. We will hold it for up to one year in order to ensure we can complete our support function, after which time we will delete this information.
Who we share this information with?
We may share this information across council services and with other local partners (including the NHS, other health services and Bradford Neighbourhood Housing).
Why we share this information
We share information with our partners to ensure our combined purposes are achieved.
We do not share personal information about you with anyone else without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so.
This also includes identifying and understanding information about those suffering with or at risk of suffering from COVID-19, information about incidents of exposure to COVID-19 and the management of outbreaks of or the risk of COVID-19 including: locating, contacting, screening, flagging and monitoring such incidents and collecting information about and providing services in relation to testing, diagnosis, self-isolation, fitness to work, treatment, medical and social interventions and recovery from COVID-19.
